Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed to customers buying the residential alarm systems with the alleged flaws. Zimmerman Law Offices filed a nationwide class action lawsuit against ADT as a result.
ARDMS Certification Examinations
The ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) reported false test failures of certification exams by sonography professionals. Several sonographers lost their jobs or were denied employment as a result. Our firm filed a class action lawsuit to recover damages for lost wages, harm to their reputation, and other consequences from the false reports.
East Chicago, IN Lead Contamination
The EPA deemed a housing complex in East Chicago, IN unsafe for residential property due to high lead and arsenic levels in the soil. Over 1,000 residents were affected, including over 500 children. Ford Focus/Fiesta PowerShift Transmissions
The Ford Motor Company is facing litigation regarding problems with transmissions put into 2012-2016 Focuses and Fiestas. Our class action complaint alleges that Ford actively hid transmission problems from customers, denoting them as “normal driving conditions”, when, in fact, they were anything but. Our law firm sought compensation for vehicle repairs as well as the decreased resale value of the vehicles.
After consumers acquired salmonella infections due to the consumption of Wonderful Pistachios, our firm filed a class action lawsuit on their behalf to recover damages related to the cost of the pistachios, as well as the medical costs associated with the illnesses they suffered from eating the nuts.
