To: All persons who received an electronically printed receipt from any Marbles store in the United States at the point of sale or transaction or via any internet purchase from the Marbles website occurring between December 6, 2012 and July 5, 2013, which receipt displays the person’s credit card or debit card expiration date

The Plaintiff in this lawsuit alleges that the Defendants wrongly printed the expiration date of credit or debit card numbers on customer receipts in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act. Defendants deny they are liable to Plaintiff or the class.

The parties have reached a settlement of this lawsuit. Under the terms of the settlement, anyone making a purchase from any Marbles store or website shall receive an automatic discount of 25% off the total pre-tax purchase price during 24 days to be held over the course of 14 months. The dates of these discount days will be advertised on Marbles’ website and in the Marbles’ stores. You do not need to submit a claim form to receive a benefit. If you are a member of the class, you can also object to the proposed settlement or exclude yourself from the class by sending a letter so stating, or you can appear in the case. The deadline to act is November 4, 2013. If you do not exclude yourself from the class, the court’s judgment will be binding on you.
