Adam M. Tamburelli Chicago, Illinois
Mr. Tamburelli represents both plaintiffs and defendants in class action, corporate, commercial, medical malpractice, consumer fraud, general civil, product liability, and other complex litigation. He practices in state and federal trial and appellate courts in various states nationwide. He also represents individuals and corporations in transactional matters, and before administrative and regulatory agencies. He earned a B.S. in sociology with a concentration in criminal justice from Central Michigan University, and he earned his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. In law school, Mr. Tamburelli was regularly on the Dean’s List and he earned the Book Award for his outstanding grades. Based upon his academic achievement and desire to help others, he was selected to be a teaching assistant by the law school faculty. Mr. Tamburelli was a law clerk for judges in both the trial and appellate courts. He clerked for Justice Margaret O’Mara-Frossard of the Illinois Appellate Court, and he was the sole judicial clerk for Judge Michael K. Hegarty of the 53rd District Court in Michigan. Prior to joining Zimmerman Law Offices, Mr. Tamburelli handled the defense of individuals and companies in cases involving personal injury, employment, civil rights and commercial disputes. This involved all phases of litigation, including extensive discovery and substantive motion practice. Mr. Tamburelli is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association.
